Give context an expiry date

A bigger context window can hold more outdated instructions. Capacity is a wonderfully expensive substitute for housekeeping.

For my 2036 design horizon, every consequential source needs an owner, a version, a freshness rule and an access boundary.

Here is the test: let a system prepare a quote from an approved price record. Change the price or revoke access before the next action.

Can it detect the change, discard the stale authority and explain why work stopped? Check the retrieval path, cached answer and saved conversation separately.

A correct answer yesterday is evidence about yesterday.
